Privacy policy
This policy explains how [Company name] (“we”) handles information when you use List Keeper, including the List Keeper Alexa skill and website.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a one-way hash of your password. We never store your password itself.
- Destinations: the webhook URLs you add, their names, and the keys you provide. Keys are encrypted at rest and are never shown back to you or anyone else.
- Request metadata: for each request we record the time, the Alexa request id, the intent, which destination was used, whether delivery succeeded, the HTTP status and how long it took.
- Account-linking tokens: tokens that let Alexa act on your behalf. We store only hashed tokens.
Your spoken commands
When you speak to the skill, Alexa sends us a text transcription of your command. We forward that text to your own webhook destination and, by default, do not store it. What happens to it after delivery is governed by the service that runs your destination.
Alexa permissions
We do not request any Alexa personal-information permissions (such as your name, address, phone number or location).
Retention and deletion
Request logs are deleted automatically after 30 days. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; this removes your account, destinations, saved keys and activity, and revokes Alexa's access.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We share data only with the infrastructure providers that host the service, and only as needed to run it, or when required by law.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. We verify that requests really come from Alexa, encrypt destination keys, and only deliver to public HTTPS addresses.
Children
List Keeper is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
